Photo Series and Research // Collaboration

In March 2019 Roscha A. Säidow was part of a research collaboration between the artists of Retrofuturisten (Berlin) and The Loft Puppet Company (Stellenbosch) in Cape Town. The two groups are specialized in modern puppeteering. During that time the artists started a discourse about identity, shared their stories and the stories of their homelands and designed a concept around the topic ALIEN. WILSON, an extraterrestrial from the fund of Retrofuturisten, got in touch with the people of Cape Town and Stellenbosch.
